Project Manager

Job Duties

• Handle end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology and supply chain transformation projects, ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, engineering, and business teams.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with organizational project management frameworks and delivery standards.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of SAP enterprise solutions, including modules related to supply chain, materials management, and production planning, ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Coordinate Kinaxis RapidResponse supply chain planning initiatives, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization, work closely with functional teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness
• Utilize Jira to manage Agile project workflows, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, issue tracking, and monitoring development progress across distributed technical teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture notes, and project knowledge repositories using Confluence, ensure proper documentation of system configurations, functional requirements, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, Kinaxis developers, and integration teams to define system requirements, manage configuration changes, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Drive data integration and process automation initiatives between SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensure accurate master data synchronization, real-time planning analytics, and optimized decision-making capabilities.
• Monitor project performance metrics, system adoption, and operational KPIs, implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, supply chain planning accuracy, and enterprise application performance.

Education Requirement

Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related field
